2017 L.I.F.E. Houston Legacy Luncheon

We are so excited about our 2017 Legacy Luncheon! Please join us this year to celebrate L.I.F.E. Houston’s 29th anniversary of feeding hungry babies in the greater Houston area. Tickets and underwriter information is available here.

L.I.F.E. Houston is the only nonprofit organization in this area that addresses infant hunger and malnutrition. Since 1988, it has provided 3 million infant feedings to over 100,000 families.

As part of our celebration, we will honor founding board members Mrs. Barbara Cauble and Mrs. Gayle Shadowens at our annual Legacy Luncheon on Wednesday, October 18, 2017. Barbara and Gayle, along with the leadership of the Church of St. John the Divine, were instrumental in the founding of L.I.F.E. Houston.  Barbara and Gayle both have an extensive history of philanthropy and service in support of health and wellness in our community.

We are also thrilled to recognize Community Health Choice (CHC) as the recipient of this year’s Community LIFE-Line Award. Through this award, we recognize the positive impact CHC has on health and wellness in Houston, along with its exemplary dedication to furthering L.I.F.E. Houston’s mission.

Finally, we are delighted to welcome Houston’s own Mrs. Caroline Lewis as our keynote speaker. Caroline is the founder of Swaddles n’ Bottles, a fun and informational blog for new and soon-to-be moms. We look forward to a lively and fun keynote that will have us laughing and crying at the same time.
